Why Nutrition and Physical Activities are Important?

Intro:

In an American study in 2001 high protein diets were introduced to improve health and reduce weight in a healthy way. The majority of citizens ingest too much nutrient than one‘s bodies require. Maximization is inefficiently absorbed by the body, putting a metabolic drain on the kidneys and liver. Due to higher intakes of saturated fat, cholesterol, and other dietary variables, high-protein diets may be linked to an increased risk of coronary heart disease.

Food choices become limited when high-protein diets are severely limited in carbs, and overall nutrient sufficiency and long-term palatability are also concerns. A nutritionally acceptable diet that is adapted to specific food intake and permits for calorie shortfalls (500 kcal/d for each pound lost per week) is the most popular way to lose weight.
